Know Before You Go

We look forward to seeing you for Come to the Woods. Please find below some important information to improve your concert experience.

PERFORMANCE VENUE:
First United Methodist Church
1838 SW Jefferson Street, Portland, OR 97201

PARKING
First United Methodist Church parking lots can only accommodate a limited number of vehicles. We encourage you to consider carpooling, ridesharing, or using public transportation. If you are driving, please arrive early and leave extra time to park and be in your seats by our 4 pm downbeat.

TICKETS
Please have your ticket(s) ready (mobile or print-at-home) to scan when you arrive at First United Methodist Church. Every patron must have their own ticket. Our box office will be open one (1) hour prior to the concert to assist with any ticketing issues you may have.

DOORS
Our box office will open at 3:00 pm, 1 hour before the concert. The doors to the sanctuary of First United Methodist Church and the seating area will open at approximately 3:30 pm.

CONCERT LENGTH
This concert will last approximately 90 minutes with no intermission.

VIDEO & AUDIO RECORDING:
The performances are being video and audio recorded live for the video-on-demand concert series.

COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS
Effective July 1, 2022, ORS's policy does not require vaccine checks or masks for singers, staff, patrons, vendors, or guests at rehearsals, events, or concerts. However, masks are encouraged. There are no seating capacity limitations. You can read more about the current COVID-19 policy here.

CONCERT PROGRAMS
We have returned to printed programs. However, patrons are encouraged to access the concert program via QR code which you can scan with your mobile device at the concert.  You can also download the program on our website. Text & translations will be played during the concert.

COME TO THE WOODS VIDEO-ON-DEMAND CONCERT
Come to the Woods Video-on-Demand concert will be available to stream starting June 5th. If you want to watch the concert again or ensure a friend or family member has the opportunity to watch, you can reserve your ticket starting May 1st on our website at ORSingers.org. The Come to the Woods Video-on-Demand makes a great gift and will be available for viewing through June 30th.
