Beethoven’s 9th with OREGON SYMPHONY
ORS concluded the 2021-2022 season at the Schnitz performing Beethoven’s iconic Ninth Symphony.
It was a rigorous rehearsal and performance schedule, but we found time to wish one of our favorite people a HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

ORS was awarded the Advantis GROW Grant in support of our Composer-in-Residence, Stacey Philipps, to compose original music for ORS Youth Choirs.

The Nuts and Bolts
The majority of 2022 revenue came from individuals like you (45%) and foundation or government grants (7%).
In 2022, ticket sales only accounted for 22% of our revenue.
60% of our budget directly supports our choir programs. Approximately 22% is applied towards activities and projects that directly raise funds to support our programs (i.e., special events, contractors, etc).
